Simple Boiled Jackfruit Seeds with some Chat Masala and Amchur or Dry Mango powder that's purely homemade.
I love these Seeds a lot and do this whenever I get the Fruit.
These Seeds are very nutritious and full of essential Vitamins and Minerals.
Nothing much to do here at all.
4 ingredients and it's all done.
They are highly nutritious and aids in improving metabolism and thus helps in weight loss. Cures the problem of indigestion and maintaining cholesterol levels. All in all a lovely one. And not only that they are a good choice for all the weight watchers. One cup of sliced Jackfruit Seeds contains only about 155 calories and that is why they are a much healthier option.

* Step 1
Wash the Seeds thoroughly to get rid of the stickiness. Also remove the seed coat. And then add them to a pot of boiling water.
* Step 2
Drain and toss with the listed ingredients until well combined. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
