Jowar flour also known as Sorghum flour is a gluten free, high Protien, Cholesterol free source of many an essential nutrients and when combined with apple makes it even more healthy. Apples are rich in Anti oxidants, Flavanoids and dietary fibres. This Halwa is therefore a whole lot of goodies packed in it. Apple gives it a nice crunch and Honey makes it a perfecto. Enjoy this warm with your family and friends and kids will never refuse to have this delicious power packed Dessert and the best part is that it takes such a less time to make it.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a non-stick pan, heat butter or ghee. Add jowar flour to it. Keep stirring and roast the flour until it is done.
* Step 2
As soon as it gets nicely roasted, a nice aroma emanates in the kitchen. It takes about 4 to 5 minutes. Keep the flame on a low always. Now add the other ingredients to it along with the milk and allow it to simmer.
* Step 3
Keep stirring in between and after 8 to 10 minutes, it is ready. At this stage, check the sweetness and add more honey if needed according to your preference.
* Step 4
Yummy and healthy Halwa is all ready to be served. Enjoy!
