Potato Wedges with Herbs

#toc1 #cookpadindia Simple and easy to make. These are the most loved Snacking item of any kid. Infact it's loved by adults and the elderly alike. Everyone loves them for their melt in mouth texture and amazing flavour. This is yet another simple fry with a few added Herbs. You will just love the flavours.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take some really good less starchy Potatoes for these beautiful looking Wedges with a few Herbs. Add everything to a bowl and mix well. Make sure they are dry and with no traces of water. It's always good if you wipe them dry before giving them a proper mix.

* Step 2

Heat Oil as required for deep frying. Deep fry few at a time with regular turning and tossing in order to ensure even frying. Drain well on an absorbent paper and that's it.

Serve these as it is for Snack or as an accompaniment in the Lunch boxes or even for a Brunch. Absolutely delicious. Lipsmackingly delightful. Yum!
