These are the Classic one's done on a campfire but the only difference is that I have made them in a Microwave. They are popularly known as Some Mores too. Between the two Graham Crackers, Marshmallows are sandwiched along with the liberal use of Chocolate. That's actually the Classic one's which are done on a campfire placing them on either the long metal skewers or wooden sticks to hold them securely. However these pretty looking easily done S'Mores here are as a result of an instant idea that popped up in my mind, and are almost done in a jiffy in a Microwave. My lovely idea for all the beautiful kids out there. These can be eaten as an afterschool snack when they need just an extra bit of energy after they return so tired. The whole idea behind using Marie biscuits is because Marshmallows are too sweet and hence these Biscuits in combination with Dark Chocolate compliments the sweetness of them so very well. A perfect one with any leftover Biscuits too. I chose to do with Marie Gold Biscuits. Try this quickie snack at tea-time too, for adults , also would love to eat them.
These can be done both on stovetop as well as in oven also.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Align the Biscuits on the turn table of your Microwave. Place one Marshmallow on each of them. Microwave for 15 seconds for each round.
* Step 2
After done with Marshmallows, place 2 pieces of the dark Chocolate on top of each.
* Step 3
Microwave again for 15 seconds. The only thing to be kept in mind is that the Chocolate should be at room temperature so that it melts easily giving that gooey texture to the luscious S'Mores.
* Step 4
Place a Biscuit on top and press a little. That's it guys! The delicious S'Mores or Some Mores are all ready to be devoured.
