A popular Indian Dessert with a tangy fruity twist to it by me. All that is needed to whip up this gorgeous looking one is full fat Curd and a few Blueberries. Protien and Vitamin loaded, this is sure to tickle your tastebuds making you go ga ga over this fruity, nutty and Protien rich food served chilled for that awesome experience. Any other choice of dry Fruits and Nuts can also be used.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Tie up the thick homemade Curd in a clean cotton cloth or a cheesecloth placed in a strainer kept with a bowl underneath it to collect the whey. Refrigerate it for a day.
* Step 2
Blend Blueberries and Powdered Sugar to a smooth puree.
* Step 3
Add this puree to the Hung Curd and mix well. Serve it chilled with Pistachio slivers.
