Cabbage and Potato Fritters
#rain21
These Cabbage and Potato Fritters are an excellent option for Tea-time snack on a rainy day. Though there a number of Pakoras or Fritters made by many, they are always welcome on a rainy day. No one ever gets bored of them.
These particular one's are made up of just Cabbage and Potatoes cut into thin strips. Onions have not been used by me.
With just a few ingredients, these Pakoras or Fritters are made very easily.
Delicious and crisp, these go along so perfectly with a cup of Chai or Coffee. You will love them for their crisp texture.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make a fluffy and a thick batter using all the ingredients mentioned and leave it aside well covered for about 15 minutes or until the Oil gets heated up on a low heat.
* Step 2
The batter should be thick yet fluffy and lumpfree. It's always recommended by me to use your hands while mixing the batter. It is important for spongy and melt in mouth Fritters.
* Step 3
Drop small balls of the batter in the kadai carefully sliding them and always do it on a low heat. Then increase the heat to a medium high. It's preferable that way in order not to burn your hands or splash hot Oil on you. Be extra careful always while deep frying anything.
* Step 4
Always do it in batches of two or three depending upon the quantity of the batter. And use of water depends upon the quality of the Gram Flour used. So always add it accordingly. That's it. Drain them on an absorbent paper or a kitchen towel. Fluffy super spongy Fritters are all ready to be served with any Chutney of your choice. Enjoy!
