Jelly and Fresh Cream Pudding

#cookpadindia This is a lovely and an easy way to enjoy Jelly crystals that come in various flavours. You can use any of your favourite one for this Dessert. It's a beautiful fusion dish. I have already shared a Dessert similar to this one but with Heavy Cream. And this one has a Fresh Cream in this.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Do not follow the package instructions for this Dessert. You need to boil just two cups of water. One each for a pack of Jelly. Add Sugar according to one's choice. It's purely optional.

Stir in the Jelly crystals. Mix well. Meanwhile boil Agar-Agar flakes in some water until well dissolved. Take it off the heat. And to this pot, add the Fresh Cream. Give it a quick mix and add it in the dish with Jelly.

Give it all a light mix and cover with a cling wrap. Set it aside until it comes down to the room temperature. After done, refrigerate it overnight until perfectly set.

Enjoy this chilled Dessert with your loved ones and friends on any given day as an after meal speciality. Slice and serve with some more of Cream on top. Yum!

* Step 5

TIP- As this has Fresh Cream in it, do not store it for a long time. Consume it immediately. So make it in small quantities. It also has Jelly in it, therefore it is necessary not to store it too long. It might become watery and tasteless. That's it. As simple as that. Remember these important hacks. Happy Dessert Time!
