Pan Fried Tilapia
#ICF
This is my favourite Comfort Food of all times. A crisp fried Fish with a steaming plate of plain boiled Rice and Hyderabadi Khatti Daal. There is nothing better than this ever. Tilapia is my favourite pick when it comes to having Fish for a meal because of many reasons. One important reason is that it is a meaty one. Minus thorns and absolutely perfect for the Children. Second one being that it's very easily done. No spills and no mess.
And it's very easily available also on any given day. Fresh from the market and then from the pan to the plate. Marination depends on you. Black Pepper powder also gives a nice flavour to it. Sometimes I use it in place of Red pepper. And sometimes Green Chillies made into a smooth paste also work absolutely fine. Whatever be the marination, this Fish is a good choice when it comes to taste, texture and quality.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and clean all the Fishes thoroughly enough to remove all the dirt and the extra left over scales. You can trim the tail part from the edges if desired or can leave it as it is.
* Step 2
Marinate with all the ingredients mentioned and refrigerate for at least about 4-5 hours. And it can be stored in the deep freezer for future use well covered in an airtight container.
* Step 3
Deep fry them one or two as required until crisp. They get done very quickly compared to others. That's it. As simple as that. Nothing like a yummy fried Fish for a Comfort meal with our family. Yum!
