Mango and Roohafza Sharbat

#cookpadindia #innovative #mania As the name suggests, this is Mango Puree with Roohafza. Now isn't that a wonderful idea? An innovative idea at it's best. Actually I wanted to incorporate Roohafza in it just for an excellent fusion. And it did turn out awesome. Since Roohafza is a way lot sweeter, there is absolutely no need of any extra Sugar. It's a beautiful fusion drink with our favourite Fruit Mango. And to quickly wrap up this Season's best gift and to celebrate this magnificent Fruit, let's get to the making of this amazing Sharbat. And it's nothing difficult nor messy. It gets done very quickly too. Have it chilled for an awesome desi extravaganza. One look at it and you will be all ready to grab it. It looks so ravishingly beautiful. Both the colours jel in so perfectly and give a lovely hue. Enjoy!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add everything to a blender jar at first. Blitz on a high until everything gets mixed up really well.

Pour in two serving glasses and top it up with a few Chia Seeds in each. Serve this creamy and lusciuos Sharbat immediately. Enjoy!
