Cabbage and Red Sorrel Pakoras

#ICF #cookpadindia #innovative Cabbage and Red Sorrel Leaves go into making these yummy and beautiful Fritters or Pakoras. With Gram Flour and a few simple spices in the pantry, these Pakoras are a blend of flavour and texture. A cup of Chai at Shaam Ki Chai and these Pakoras is what I call a lovely and a beautiful Comfort Food. Iam definitely in for these on any given day. There's no doubt about that.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Onions are entirely omitted in these Pakoras. I have just used shredded Cabbage along with the Red Sorrel Leaves. Make a smooth and a fluffy batter using all the ingredients mentioned above using water only as required.

* Step 2

Deep fry small balls of the batter sliding carefully into the hot Oil few at a time until golden brown and crisp.

Serve them piping hot with any Chutney or Dipping Sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
