An innovative touch by me to the Pani Puri balls. And even the name as well, this one is not much difficult at all. Relish these balls or Puris with Aamras and some Dry Fruits on top.
Just a 3 ingredient magic in this Season of King of Fruits. Enjoy them for a lovely Snack or even a Brunch.
They can be relished in any small party or a get together at home with relatives or close knit friends. Or for that matter even alone with just our family members. In this I have used store bought Puris. However they can be made at home also.
And going by the looks, iam damn sure that it will be an instant hit. Especially kids will enjoy this beautiful looking Puris for sure. Just like how my family enjoyed these juicy Puris. It's an amazing alternative to a wonderful Snack idea on any given day.
It can also be served to sudden uninvited guests too. It's pretty much quick and simple.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add small cubes of Mangoes to the Puris or the balls. Fill it up with Aamras now.
* Step 2
Garnish with a few slivered Dry Fruits and Nuts of your choice. Serve them immediately.
* Step 3
For a different serving suggestion, try topping of freshly Whipped Cream. You will love it. And for that matter, you can have umpteen number of serving suggestions. Roll up your sleeves and get going Ladies. Enjoy!
