Mango Almond Smoothie

#mania Mangoes! A seasonal Fruit that is a favorite of many across the World. And there are umpteen ways of using it before they disappear from the Indian markets. One such way is by making a delicious and nutritious Smoothie with Almond Milk. The best part about this Fruit is that it can be blended with almost any other Fruit, Milk, Nut Milk, Almond Milk or Yoghurt. It gets absolutely incorporated with everything. This heavenly and healthy treat is one such finest example. You just need a few ingredients for this and use of either Alphonso or Kesar variety is recommended by me. Though you can make with any other variety also. It's perfectly okay. Treat your families to this beautiful-looking Smoothie to liven up their day. Happy No Cooking with Zee!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First of all, soak Almonds in hot water for an hour. Remove the skin and add them to a blender jar along with a few Ice-cubes to make it into a smooth liquid.

Sugar is optional. You can skip it if desired. Now add chopped Mangoes to it. Blend on a high until both are fully incorporated. That's it. As simple as that.

Serve in two tall glasses garnished with thin Almond slivers for an awesome desi extravaganza. Enjoy!
