Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sieve together all the dry ingredients once and set aside until use.

In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, melted Butter, Sugars, and Vanilla Essence until creamy and frothy. To this wet mix, fold in the dry ingredients slowly little by little until all is used up. Also, fold in the melted Chocolate. The batter has to be thick and lump-free.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 20-25 minutes or maybe even less. Just keep a watchful eye as it gets done. Also, remember that you have to preheat the oven prior to the preparation of the batter. This way it will preheat well. Bake in a butter paper-lined baking tray for the best results.
