Dark Chocolate Mini Cupcakes
These beautiful-looking Mini Cupcakes are made easily at home. With simple ingredients, it's absolutely quick and hassle-free. You can add treat your loved ones especially the little ones's to these tiny Cupcakes. They will love to munch on these for breakfast or any time of the day for that matter. And you can easily whip up these tiny goodies on any day or for a small kids party or a weekend Dinner or even a Kitty party. * Step 1
Sift all the dry ingredients once and set them aside. Preheat the oven to 180° and set the timer for about 35 minutes. It's absolutely important to preheat.
* Step 2
Whisk Eggs, melted Butter, Sugar, and Vanilla Essence to a fluffy and pale yellow mix. In this bowl of the wet mix, fold in the dry ingredients slowly little by little adding Milk along in parts. Do not add all at once.
* Step 3
Line the cupcake pan with the cupcake liners. Here I have used Mini Cupcake Pan for these Mini Chocolate Cupcakes. Pour an equal amount of this batter about 3/4 thin each. Bake for 25 minutes or until the skewer inserted comes out clean.
