Fried Bombay Duck

#cookpadindia This is a lovely dish with dry Bombay Duck Fish. Easy and absolutely delicious. With just a few simple pantry staples, it's done in a jiffy. It's a best one for any main course meals. Not only this, it's done without much hassles or efforts. Dry Bombay Duck is easily available in the markets. I usually serve it with Hyderabadi Khatti Daal and steaming plate of plain boiled Rice. And use of Salt in this dish should always be minimised because it's a dry Fish and therefore already has large amounts of Salt in it. So use it accordingly. Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First of all, wash the Dry Bombay Duck Fish thoroughly. Drain and wipe them clean. Let it dry well. It is necessary to do so.

* Step 2

Since we have washed it, it's recommended by me to deep fry them until crisp and done. In a kadai, heat just about a tablespoon of Oil. Saute Ginger garlic paste along with all the ingredients mentioned.

* Step 3

And then finally add the fried Bombay Duck Fish to it. Give it all a real good mix. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves and serve hot alongside plain boiled Rice and Hyderabadi Khatti Daal. Yum!
