This one is a fantastic way to enjoy juicy and lusciuos White Prawns. Instead of using Fresh or Dry Coconut, i have used 250 ml pack of Dabur Coconut Milk for a kilogram of White Prawns. I have also incorporated a few Green Peas too. Trust me dear people, it turned out to be so creamy and lipsmacking that everyone loved it. This was our Dinner the other day with few of my closest friends. Simple spices available in every pantry are used by me in this gorgeous looking Gravy. Nothing much difficult. A complete no hassle dish for any day. Enjoy it for anytime meal, be it a Lunch or a Dinner. Nothing can be more satiating. Mark my words. You will definitely love it. The best thing is that you can relish this both with Rotis and Rice as well.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat Oil and saute Onions until light pink. Add Ginger garlic paste and the rest of the spices mentioned. Saute all on a low heat.
* Step 2
Add cleaned and deviened White Prawns along with Green Peas now. Saute on a medium high heat for about 2-3 minutes. Cover and cook for the next 15 minutes. Add half of the chopped Coriander Leaves too. Never boil Green Peas. These tender Peas will cook in no time at all. Boiling makes it lose it's awesome texture and flavour. Always remember that in mind. I never boil them.
* Step 3
As Prawns leaves a lot of water, do not add extra water. Let them cook in it's own juices. After the stipulated time, open and add the Coconut Milk. Adjust Salt at this stage and sprinkle some Garam Masala. Garnish with some more of chopped Coriander Leaves. It should be a semi thick Gravy. Fresh Cream garnishing is optional. You can skip that if desired.
* Step 4
Serve hot alongside Rice and Rotis. It also goes well with Naans, Parathas and Pulaos. Yum!
