Assorted Thin Roti Pizzas

#cookpadindia To sum up in easy words and not to complicate it anymore, it's a simple Roti Pizza with leftover Fried Mutton. And I have made the Rotis in different shapes and not only that I have kept it a bit thinner. That's it. Nothing more! Nothing less! You can use any of the toppings as desired. I have used some leftover Mutton Curry from the previous night's Dinner. Because I have used the Curry, I didn't add any Vegetable. You can very well use your favourite toppings as desired. You kids will definitely love this amazing Innovative and healthy Roti Pizzas just as mine. The best part is that it can be a complete meal for them along with a glass of creamy Milk. Cooking time :

30-35 minutes

Ghee or Oil

Oregano

Pizza sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

I have made these in different shapes and also much thinner for a more crisper base. And have used normal everyday Roti dough at home.

* Step 2

Roll them a bit thinner than the usual Rotis and roast them as usual just like a normal one. After done with all, spread the Sauce at first along with the rest of the toppings and then finally with the shredded Mozzarella Cheese too. Yum!
