Mysore Bonda Dahi vada
#cookpadindia
This is a perfect dish made in Hyderabadi style with the ever famous Mysore Bondas from the State of Karnataka. These are famous flour dumplings with curd and some selected spices and are a popular snack from Karnataka State and are also equally famous in Andhra and Telangana States. These are soft from inside and have a crunchy exterior. Tastes yummy with Coconut chutney alongside. I have given it a lovely twist by making Dahi Badey out of them in Hyderabadi style. For this, nothing much is actually done. After all the Bondas are ready, arrange them in a bowl. Prepare the tempering and just pour it hot right onto it. Mix and serve after a few minutes until which the Bondas will be soaked fully and are perfectly ready to be served. Enjoy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Make a thick batter using all the ingredients mentioned. Keep aside for about half an hour.
* Step 2
On a medium high heat, deep fry them dropping small balls few at a time in hot oil. Wet your hands a little before dropping them. Make medium sized dumplings as these will rise a little after frying.
* Step 3
Whisk Curd with Salt adding little water to a smooth consistency. Add all the Bondas to it and mix well. Cover and set aside for sometime, maybe around 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the tempering and pour it over them. Give it a light stir and they are all ready to be served.
* Step 4
Serve them immediately either for a lovely Snack or even as a weekend Brunch. Garnish with a few Pomegranate Kernels for a fabulous look. Enjoy!
