Kasuri Methi Kaleji Masala or Goat Liver with Fenugreek Leaves

Goat Liver made with Fenugreek Leaves is another speciality dish from my Kitchen. It's a simple one with most commonly used spices but with a twist of Fenugreek Leaves. Not only is it healthy but yummy too. It looks beautiful as well. The only thing to remember is that it should be a fresh one and cleaned thoroughly. It also should be drained well. I have added 2 Kidneys too but it's purely optional. And it can be made for Breakfast as well as Lunch on Weekends and special gatherings or family get togethers. Liver is a good choice for Haemoglobin issues. It increases the amount of Haemoglobin very quickly in those people who lack it. It's a very healthy option. That's it.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a Pressure Cooker. Saute Onions and the rest of the spices mentioned. Keep the heat on a low. After the Onions are translucent and almost light pinkish in colour, add in the small and neatly cut Liver and Kidney pieces. Also, add a few chopped Coriander Leaves.
* Step 2
Saute on a low heat for a further 5 more minutes. Now add a cup of water and pressure cook for about 6-7 whistles or as required. Let the pressure settle down on its own before opening the lid.
* Step 3
Cook it for a few minutes more after adding fresh Fenugreek Leaves. If required, add some water. The Gravy should be semi-thick inconsistency. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and adjust Salt. Mix well and serve hot with Zeera Rice, Boiled Rice or Naans. Yum!
