Dry Ginger Black Tea
#cookpadindia
It is basically a Sonth wali Chai without Milk. Dry Ginger and tea leaves with water, that is all needed for this lovely tea. Lemon juice can be added but I haven't because I had served it as a remedy for Cold and sore throat. I have already uploaded Dry Ginger tea with Milk on my profile here and this is just a variation with Black tea. I have used Tetley Tea bag along with Dry Ginger for making this amazing decoction. Absolutely simple and done in just a few minutes, it's a perfect remedy for Cold and Coughs, Sore throat and phlegm that's a common problem in Winters. It's always handy if we have Dry Ginger at home. So let's get straight away to the preparation or the cooking process of it. Happy Cooking with Zee!
