Sumacrela (Bitter Gourd with Sumac)

#2020fav This is an innovative simple fry by me with Bitter Gourd and Sumac. The little Middle Eastern herb that not only changes the taste but also the overall look. It is a lovely looking dish that will go alongside any simple Daal and plain boiled Rice. You will just love the taste of this amazing herb that blends along so very well with our own Indian Vegetable. And you can very easily get this on Amazon India app. Also the most important thing is that the bitterness also reduces a lot after it's marinated with Sumac. The overall texture plus the taste changes a lot and for better. I had loved it so much along with my family and even a few friends. It is very easily made too with just a few ingredients. Therefore it's a perfect choice for those quick dishes on any given day. Enjoy!
