Rotisserie Chicken

#GA4 #week15 A lovely oven roasted dish with whole Chicken. It is marinated overnight and then made on a Rotisserie in the oven. Roasted until crisp and golden brown, this one surely calls for a delightful meal with your loved ones and friends. It's a simple one yet an excellent dish for family meals. Often enjoyed both with Rotis and Rice, it's absolutely awesome. I had served it with Methi Pulao, a healthy and a yummy treat for our tastebuds. Overall a healthy and a gorgeous looking dish that's nutritious and deliciousness over loaded. Marination does play an important role in this. As i always say, the longer the marination, the better are the results. Juicy, succulent and melt in mouth Whole Chicken that's irresistible. Using the Rotisserie attachment in the oven, this needs to be roasted for a good 35-40 minutes or even a bit more depending upon your oven temperature settings. So let's get down to the preparations right away. Happy Cooking with Zee!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add all the ingredients to a bowl except the last three to prepare a marinade for the whole Chicken. Make cuts in it to allow the marinade to coat it well inside out. Cover and refrigerate overnight until use.
