Sweet Potato Fries

Absolutely tempting and irresistible. These are Sweet Potato Fries that are amazingly crisp and crunchy. And the best part is that these are done in a jiffy. We don't need to fry them for a long time. It's very easily done. The only thing is that we cannot use a Potato Chipper for this. It had to be done manually because it is very hard. They need to be peeled and cut into thin strips manually. That is the only regret. Otherwise I usually prefer a Potato Chipper for Fries. But all said and done, they are deliciousness over loaded and are crispy too. Nothing to be added for extra crunch like Cornflour etc. Treat your families to these yummy Fries at tea-time or Choti Moti Bhook time. They will love to munch on these.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and clean all the dirt off the Sweet Potatoes. Scrub them nicely and peel. Cut them into thin strips.
* Step 2
Deep fry them few at a time in hot Oil on a medium high heat. They get done very quickly. So as soon as the Oil gets heated up, add them to it. And remember to first let the Oil heat up on a low heat. Do not do it on a high heat. After the Fries are added, switch to a medium high heat.
* Step 3
Serve them immediately sprinkled with your favourite spices or as it is. Enjoy!
