Sweet Corn Chaat Tomato Bowls
#GA4
#week6
Simple Chaat presented in Tomato bowls by me. It's a totally no cook recipe. I have used Sweetcorn kernels along with different vegetables and a few spices. Tomatoes and Sweetcorn blend along very well because of their sweet and sour combination. And actually there is no need of Lemon juice but if desired, you can add homemade Amchur or Dry Mango powder. The only thing to be kept in mind is that this needs to served as soon as it's assembled. That's it. Serve this as a perfect filling Snack or a Salad or even as a healthy Brunch. Happy No Cooking!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the top portion off the tomatoes in a circular fashion and set aside. Scoop out all the flesh or the pulp. Do not discard the pulp.
* Step 2
Mix together the corn with onions, cucumbers and bell peppers. Mix in the tomato pulp too. Add chat masala, salt and black pepper to taste. Mix in a spoonful of tamarind chutney too.
* Step 3
Mix well and stuff the tomatoes with this corn chaat. As a topping, add boondi and sev immediately before serving. Top it off by spreading some chilli garlic sauce on each tomato.
