Pan Square Pizza

The name says it all. Nothing much to describe in this awesome recipe. It's a homemade Pizza base with All-purpose Flour or Maida and shaped into a square. That's it. As simple as that. Toppings can be just about anything, either Veg or Non-Veg. This is a Veg Pizza here and I have used both Black and Green Spanish Olives, Capsicum, Onions and Mushrooms. Whatever was handy was put to use by me. You can very well use your favourite toppings in this. Enjoy a Brunch or a quick late afternoon Snack or even a 5 pm Snack with hot or cold beverage, the choice is all yours. Happy Cooking Everyone!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add sugar and yeast to lukewarm milk. Stir a bit. Cover and wait until it's frothy. Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl.
* Step 2
Add this frothy yeast mix to it along with oil and make a smooth dough. Cover and let it rise for half an hour. If you have much time on hand. Wait for an hour before working on it.
* Step 3
After done, punch the dough once to release all the air bubbles. Roll into a square shaped base. This measurement makes for two small pizza base. Let the base get cooked for about 4-5 minutes. After done, spread the sauce. Top with the veggies, red chilli flakes and oregano at first.
* Step 4
And finally top with the cheese. Keep it covered for just about the time in which it gets melted. That's it. As simple as that. Serve it piping hot immediately.
