Buttery Fluffy Omelette

#GA4 #week7 #Breakfast A healthy Breakfast or a Brunch idea that is loved by many across the globe. It can be pretty much served at anytime as a side dish with many an important meals like Khichdi, Daal fry, Vegetable gravy or even Rotis and Phulkas. Veggies like Capsicum and Spring Onion Greens can also be added to it for making it even more healthier. It gets done very quickly too. The best choice for a filling Breakfast. It is also a good Tiffin box idea as well. The best part is that it can be made with a lot of variations. This one is a simple everyday Omelette but with Butter for a change. However a little of Oil is also used so that Butter doesn't get burnt. Though Oil can be skipped totally making it a real Buttery Omelette.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk eggs in a bowl with all the other ingredients including a tablespoon of milk except butter.

* Step 2

Heat a pan on a low heat and add butter plus oil. The choice is entirely one's own here. You can use only Oil too. I have used both Butter and Oil.

* Step 3

Add the egg mix to it. Cover and cook on a low heat on one side for 3-4 minutes. After about 4 minutes, flip it over and cook it for about the same time. As convenient to you, divide the egg mix and make two or make a single large omelette in a big pan.

* Step 4

Cover while cooking it and it should be done on a low to medium high heat only. Lovely looking light yellow coloured and fluffy omelette is ready to be served hot for Breakfast.
