Homemade Beef & Broccoli

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut up bell peppers, onion, broccoli & garlic (if you use fresh) and set aside in a large size bowl.
* Step 2
Cube the steak into small bite size pieces & place into large bowl. Set aside until your sauce is ready. In a medium size bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, pepper, salt, ginger, minced garlic (if you don’t use fresh garlic) & sesame seeds together. Pour over the cubed steak. Stir it well & refrigerate. Let it marinate for a couple of hours.
* Step 3
Cook the meat over medium heat for 10-15 minutes (until cooked all the way through) & then add the bell peppers, onion & broccoli. Continue to cook over medium/high heat for another 30 minutes, stirring often.
* Step 4
Serve over a bed of Jasmine Rice. Enjoy
