Rice Flour Marinade Chicken Fry

#zing A lovely recipe by me for an equally lovely mealtimes with your loved ones. It's made with Chicken Bone-in and a few selected spices with the star ingredient being the Rice Flour that's used in the marination. And the result is a crispy fried Chicken that is so tempting. Absolutely delicious and a perfect Starter for any party or get togethers. It makes for a yummy Snacking and Brunching idea too. It can be served at mealtimes with Daal and Rice to team up.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate Chicken Bone-in with all the ingredients mentioned. Refrigerate overnight or atleast for an hour for excellent results.

* Step 2

Deep fry them on a medium high heat in hot Oil. Do it in batches of 2 or 3. Keep the heat on a medium high only so that the inner also gets cooked nicely. Otherwise the outer side will cook well but the inside will be left uncooked. So please take note of this important tip.
