This kadahi reminds us of the authentic Punjabi style cooking with rich whole spices as in every dhaba style dish. This dish is served in almost all the dhabas (roadside restaurants) that line the highways in Northern India. Succulent and juicy chicken cooked in tangy tomatoes and whole spices give this dish an awesome flavour that will make you say, 'ooh la la'.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Process the Onions, Ginger and Garlic. In a cooking pot, heat oil and add the whole spices. After a minute, add the onion mix. Saute until it gets a light pinkish colour.
* Step 2
Add the Chicken and let it cook on a low heat. After about 15 minutes, add the chopped Tomatoes. Add water only if required. Water should be added if you desire a little thin consistency gravy.
* Step 3
Simmer on till the Chicken gets cooked and the gravy thickens a bit. I did not add any water as the Tomatoes leave a lot of water. Garnish with Coriander, Green chillies and Ginger juliennes.
