Bhuna Gosht

#Hot #cookpadindia It's an excellent side dish that goes well with plain boiled Rice, Pulav and even Phulkas or Parathas. With plain Rice, use a side dish with a gravy or our very own simple Daal. It's the best comfort food that one can have at home with your loved ones. I usually make this for Lunch and relish with Hyderabadi Baghara Khaana. It tastes awesome. The main ingredient in this is Ghee and this is what makes this dish an awesome one. Bhuna Gosht is made differently in different regions but mine is the simplest one. I hope you all like it. Happy Cooking Everyone!

* Step 2

Fry them all for a minute. And finally add the marinated Mutton pieces to it. Pressure cook with little water for 6-7 whistles or slow cook without any additional water with a lid on. If pressure cooked, wait till the steam settles down. Roast it well on a medium high heat by continuosly stirring it until a lovely aroma emanates.

* Step 3

It's a dry dish without much gravy and it is best relished with Naans and Parathas. However it can be served alongside anything and everything under the Sun. Happy Cooking Everyone!
