#new #week3of5 #cookpadindia It is one of the most favourite recipes of mine and has some of the fondest memories associated with it. And now I have started making it for my children. It is such an awesome combo. Lip smacking maggi preparation and to say, it's quite a simple one too. With bare minimum spices, it tastes yummy and as child I relished it a lot and not to mention the extraordinary mummy ka magic that came with it always.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

The Mince Mutton needs to be just stir-fried here. Therefore use fine Mince for this recipe. Heat oil and saute the Onions until done.

* Step 2

Add the Mince now along with all the spices. Cover and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.

* Step 3

Open the lid and give it a good stir and switch off the heat after 2 minutes. Make the Maggi noodles only with little of the tastemaker. And keep it a little firmer. Do not overcook. Take care of that.

* Step 4

To serve, mix the cooked Mince with the Noodles. Fluff it up lightly and serve hot. It tastes yum. You will definitely love it for Dinner as a delicious dish. Or as a satisfying Brunch or even as a healthy snack at tea-time or for that 4 Pm Choti Moti Bhook time. Happy Eating!
