Chicken 65 is a famous starter known to every foodie. What you all will see in this recipe is perhaps not known to many. I have used Chicken Bone-in for this and have made a wet version instead of a dry one. This is my first try at it, though I have made dry version before many a times. Basically I wanted to keep it a bit on the gravy side so that it can be served with Phulkas also. It's better off on it's own and if you want a Curry alongside, you can serve it with Hyderabadi Khatti Daal also. Or any Curry of your family's choice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and wash the Chicken Bone-in well and using the first 9 ingredients, marinate it and keep aside covered for about 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Deep fry all the pieces in batches of 2 or 3 until crisp and done. Keep aside. In a kadai or a cooking pot, heat Oil. Add Curry Leaves and slit Green Chillies. Fry for half a minute and add Onion chunks and Capsicum Cubes. Stir fry for at least 7-8 minutes. Then add the beaten Yoghurt. Keep the heat on a low.
* Step 3
Saute everything well until the raw smell fades away. You can add a little more of Red Chilli powder according to your family's preference. Otherwise skip it. Then add the fried Chicken to it. Give it all a good mix. Cover and let it cook for about 5 minutes more. That's it. It's all done. Enjoy with your loved ones and friends alike. Happy Eating!
