#week5of5 #cookpadindia #UAE Kanafeh or Kunafa or Knafeh is a very famous Middle Eastern Dessert loved by many. Here as an innovative touch to it, I had made beautiful Cupcakes instead. The process is very simple and involves only a few ingredients. These Sugar soaked Vermicelli and Cream Cupcakes are the perfect aftermeal dessert idea on any day for your families and friends. Easy to whip up within no time at all. You can actually vouch for their appealing beauty and serve them to your guests for that awesome dessert experience. Kanafeh is made with thin noodle like pastry or alternatively even Semolina dough, soaked in sweet sugar syrup and layered with Cream Cheese, Cream and nuts depending upon the regions. Whipped Cream can also be used. This makes it an ideal choice for any party too. Happy Dessert Time Everyone!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In the cupcake pan add some of the kunafa dough, about 2 tablespoon each. Add cream in the centre followed by one more layer of Kunafa dough covering it.

* Step 2

Bake it in a preheated oven on 180° for about 20 minutes or a little more until nice golden brown.

Pour about 1 to 2 tablespoon of sugar syrup on each kunafa cupcake. Decorate with Pistachios and serve hot.
