I eat this many a times from the restaurants but i also gave it a try at home whenever I could. This festive season I did try it for sure. Actually the secret lies in chopping the whole Liver into small pieces. This ensures a quick and easy cooking. Also spices can be chosen according to your choice. Make sure you have a fresh Liver for a yummy stir fry. Simple yet an elegant comfort food that can be relished on any given day for family mealtimes. Enjoy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil and saute the onions.

Add the tomatoes and the masalas. Cook them for a few minutes until mushy and soft. Now add Liver pieces. Mix well and cook with a lid on for about 7-8 minutes. Keep the heat on a medium high.
* Step 3
Keep stirring in between to keep an eye on it. It should not get burnt at the bottom. Do not cover it now. It will be done in no time at all.

As the Tomatoes and Onion will leave water, it is best cooked on medium to high heat only without covering. Keep stirring in between. Serve hot with Khuboos bread or even our own Indian Breads. Chapatis, Phulkas, Parathas, Naans etc. Happy Cooking Everyone!
