Easy and homemade one. Made in just a few minutes. You can use this in any of your sweet preparations, cakes and desserts. Deliciously yours. 3 ingredient magic at your disposal anytime you wish to prepare something special for your families. It's an instant one too but on the gas in a pan. Therefore it takes a little longer time but is absolutely flavourful and aromatic just as a Microwave one. Both the methods are equally good and yields fresh Homemade Mawa whenever there is a need of it. Enjoy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a non stick pan. Add Milk and the Fresh Cream along with Butter. You can use Whipping Cream too if you have it instead of Fresh one. Or you can skip both and use only Milk and Milk powder. But then the texture might differ a bit.
* Step 2
Keep stirring it and keep the heat on a low to medium high heat only.
* Step 3
After it comes to a boil, add the Milk powder. Keep stirring it. It will slowly start solidifying. It comes around like a mass. Keep mixing it well and see to it that there are no lumps. It should be a clear lump free solid mass.
* Step 4
Let it cool down. Use it in your favourite sweet preparations. Fresh and homemade mawa is ready in no time.
* Step 5
You can increase the heat to to a high but keep mixing continuously, otherwise it will start browning. It is better to keep the heat on a low to medium high heat only.
