American Nuts Ice cream
A delicious flavour in ice cream that has nuts, tutty fruity, chocolate, jam

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the milk and bring to boil. (Reserve half cup milk for slurry). Dry roast the nuts. Cool and chop the nuts.
* Step 2
Mix milk powder and cornflour in the reserved milk. Boil the milk until reduced to half in volume. Add in the slurry and cook well for 5 more minutes. Add in the sugar and mix to dissolve the sugar. When the milk is thick switch off gas. The condensed milk is ready.
* Step 3
Cool completely. Semi set for 3 hours in freezer. Meanwhile chop the dark chocolate and keep in freezer. Also chop the jams into tiny pieces.
* Step 4
Keep all in freezer until used. Take chilled fresh cream in an ice bath and whip until soft peaks form
* Step 5
Mix in the semi set condensed milk. Whip until double in volume
* Step 6
Add in vanilla essence and beat for 2 more minutes. Mix in tutty fruity.
* Step 7
Mix in the nuts. Add in jam pieces and chopped chocolate.
* Step 8
Mix and pour into an airtight container.
* Step 9
Garnish on top with nuts, chocolate and jam pieces. Set in freezer for 10-12 hours and enjoy with family and friends.
