Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all ingredients ready and handy.
Grease a big plate with 1/2 tsp ghee. Mix cashew and coconut powders.
* Step 2
Add in powder sugar and mix. Divide this mixture into 2 parts. (Keep one in more quantity). In the bigger part add elaichi powder and 1/2 tsp ghee.
* Step 3
Mix in 2-3 tsp milk and mix to form a medium soft white dough. Smoothen with little ghee. Keep aside. In the 2nd part, add vanilla essence and 1/2 tsp ghee. Mix well. Now add in chocolate sauce as required to form a dough.
* Step 4
Both doughs are ready in a jiffy!
* Step 5
Grease a plate and quickly grease it with ghee. Spread the white dough using a flat vatki. Similarly, shape the chocolate dough and place it on the white dough.
* Step 6
Level it. Cut into desired shape after greasing the knife with some ghee.
* Step 7
I have made triangles. Now put vark(silver leaf) on top.
* Step 8
Separate each triangle and garnish with a glazed cherry🍒 piece on each triangular burfee piece.
* Step 9
