High Protein Lobia Dosa
Lobiya is rich in protein,Vitamin A and C.
This dosa is an easy way to consume the nutritious Lobiya.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash Lobiya well and soak for 8 hours. Drain and wash it again. Take in mixer jar.
* Step 2
Add in curd and churn. Add in rava. Add in 1/2 cup water and churn.
* Step 3
Using water as required, make a smooth dosa batter. Ferment batter for 3 hours.
* Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the Red Chutney. In a pan take 1 tsp oil. Add chana dal and stir and roast for 1 minute on slow gas. Add in urad dal and roast.
* Step 5
Add in garlic. After a minute add onions, red chillies and curry leaves. Saute for 2 minutes.
* Step 6
Add in diced tomatoes and salt. Lastly, add in hing. Saute for 2 minutes. Switch off and cool the ingredients completely.
* Step 7
Take chutney ingredients in. Mixer jar and churn using water as required. Make a smooth chutney. Check taste for salt and spiciness.
* Step 8
Do the tempering with oil, mustard seeds, dry red chillies coriander and curry leaves.
* Step 9
Add the tempering into the chutney.
* Step 10
Chop onions, green chillies and coriander. Grate carrots. Add salt and powdered sugar into the fermented batter. Add water and set dosa consistency.
* Step 11
Mix vigorously. Heat a nonstick tawa and make dosas. Sprinkle the vegetables.
* Step 12
Drizzle homemade ghee. Roast crispy on medium gas flame. Serve hot with chutney.
