- Ground chicken
2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce
3 cloves
- Garlic
1 pc
- Onion
1/4 cup
- Grated carrots
1 pc
- Egg
3 tbsp
- Flour
2 tbsp
- Curry powder (optional)
1 tbsp
- Oil
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl then set aside for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Wet your hands and take about a tablespoon on mixture and make a ball shape with your hands. You can deep fry immediately and set aside and freeze to cook later.
* Step 3
Heat up oil in pan and drop the meatballs in the pan when the oil is hot. Cook until the outside is golden color. Serve with hot chili sauce or whatever sauce you desire. Enjoy.
