Dates and Paan Royal Mukhwaas

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Ready all the ingredients. Deseed and chop the soft dates. Give it a date's shape again.
* Step 2
Dry roast fennel seeds, dhanya daal and dessicated coconut separately,on slow gas,each for 2 minutes. Keep stirring.
* Step 3
Wash, pat dry and finely chopped 4-5 paan pattis. Lightly roast it on slow gas for 2 minutes to remove moisture remaining, if any.
* Step 4
For Stuffing:
Cool all the roasted ingredients to room temperature. Take all the ingredients (except the dates and garnish ingredients) in a mixing bowl. Reserve some dessicated coconut for garnish. Mix well. Form small balls of the stuffing. (The gulkand gives the binding).
* Step 5
Now take the deseeded, chopped soft dates and shape it flat and fill in the stuffing ball and give it an elliptical date shape. Top it with dessicated coconut in the central line.
* Step 6
Ready all the Mukhwaas and cover them with silver leaves(warq).
* Step 7
Now garnish each Mukhwaas with a glazed cherry inserted on a toothpick.
* Step 8
Serve chilled on a triangular folded paan patti.
* Step 9
