* Step 1
Make dabeli stuffing as usual
But here sweet potatoes are also used for healthier version
* Step 2
Soak mungdal for 5 hours. Then crush with ginger and chillies, using water as required

Make a smooth silky batter
* Step 4
Add besan, rava and salt. Churn. Add water if needed.
* Step 5
Rest the batter for 10 minutes. Now make thin chilla.
* Step 6
Spread dabeli stuffing on half the chilla. And sweet chutney and garlic chutney on the other half
* Step 7
Now sprinkle other dabeli ingredients
* Step 8
Roast using oil on medium flame. Fold and serve
