Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind sunflower seeds, oatmeal, and flax seeds. Add it to the chickpeas. Grate onion and garlic. Add soy sauce, paprika powder. Add marjoram, salt now blend everything together. Add a bit of tomato sauce and blend everythin. Form small balls and coat them in bread crumbs. Bake them on parchment paper for 20 min on 200C/392F.

Serve them with spaghetti and tomato sauce.
