Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast the dry red chillies with all windows open till the choking aroma comes. Keep one chilli aside and immerse rest in hot water for 10 minutes. Then make a paste in mixer.

* Step 2

Add 2 tbsp mustard oil, add shah jeera, 1 roasted dry red chilli, and tomatoes and minced garlic. Fry till the tomatoes turn soft. Add the chilli paste and cook till oil seperates on the sides of pan

* Step 3

Add the fried fishes and mix well. Add 1/4 cup water just to boil and mix and your gravy is ready.
