Shrimp Mushroom Pasta in Black Bean Sauce

Pasta is an all time favourite of my family members and I keep on trying several recipes making a fusion recipe as Indo- Italian version of pasta. This is another new recipe with tweaks and it came out super yummy

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil penne pasta with salt in water till soft and keep aside. I will use this pasta water for gravy. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and add garlic cloves and sliced mushrooms and sauté. Add onions, bell peppers and capsicum and fry till slight brown
* Step 2
Add black bean sauce and mix well
* Step 3
Add pre fried prawns in the mixture and mix well with 1 tsp oregano
* Step 4
Add boiled pasta and use the water to make cornflour slurry and add. Once the gravy thickens add milk and cheese and mix well. Once the shrimp and veggies gets coated in gravy switch off flame and sprinkle fresh chopped green onions and some basil leaves and red chilli flakes.
