Masala Oats Paratha

#thc #thcweek4 #cc2022 #week3 An easy snack and tasty recipe with instant masala oats and just few ingredients at home.Oats Paratha is a healthy and nutritious flat bread made with the goodness of oats. Oats are incredibly nutritious and are a good source of fiber, low in carbs and aids in weight loss. It is a wonderful grain to include in our diet.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

20 minutes
100 gms

saffola oats

11/2 cup

maida flour

1/2 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

I used instant saffola vegetable oats and just mixed with the flour in dry stage

Now make a dough with water and 2 tbsp oil

* Step 3

Roll into round flatbread and lightly grill

* Step 4

Just brush oil and fry on a tawa or nonstick pan and serve hot with a dollop of butter and enjoy. Do check out my recipe of stuffed oats Paratha too but this is so easy and instant recipe that you will surely love it.
