Watermelon juice is high in vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium. It’s about 92% water, so it’s plenty hydrating. This juice was perfectly sweet without any added sugar, but I added a squeeze of lime juice for that extra zing.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the watermelon into cubes and check the sweetness.
* Step 2
Put into a blender and make a paste. Add sugar only if needed.
* Step 3
Pour into serving glass. Add lemon juice and the black salt and chaat masala powder. Add mint leaves and ice cubes and drink fresh juice full of nutrients
