A loaded and delicious vegetable and chicken grilled sandwich recipe made with bread, cucumber, potato, onion , carrots and tomato. The best thing about this sandwich recipe is its taste, which is so simple that you can grab a bite of it anytime and enjoy.I usually defrost chicken salami and add them to my salad and sandwiches.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan take 1 tbsp vegetable oil add diced onions, carrot, boiled and mashed potatoes, tomatoes and fry with pinch of salt. Now just beat 2 eggs and scramble with the veggies.cut the cucumber into small dices and keep aside.
* Step 2
Take one bread slice and spread mayonneise and place one salami. On the other bread slice place 1 tbsp mixture and spread uniformly and on top place cubes of freshly cut cucumber
* Step 3
Place on a grilled pan and brush with oil and turn upside down till grilled on both sides and serve hot and crispy
