Mooli paratha is a popular Punjabi whole wheat flatbread made with unleavened dough and filled with spiced grated radish stuffing. I made for breakfast with curried radish filling and best when accompanied with pickle, curd (yogurt) or butter.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel off the skin of radish and grate and keep aside. Squeeze to get rid of the released water. Cut the mooli shaak into small pieces
* Step 2
In a kadai take 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Add carrom seeds, cumin seeds and ginger paste. Sauté well and add the grated mooli and the shaak. Add salt, turmeric powder and mix well till lightly fried. Now the stuffing is ready and allow to cool.
* Step 3
Now make the dough as usual for any paratha. Make a hole and add the stuffing and then make small round balls. Roll into round paratha and fry with vegetable oil. I Served with lassi today.
