#cooksnapchallenge #weeklymenu #dinner Mixed fried rice is a favorite meal at my home with a chicken side dish. This is a delectable Chinese delight and very popular non-vegetarian dish in India and across. I have used non-vegetarian options like chicken, eggs and prawn . All the ingredients are sauteed to make a flavorful blend of rice. Thank you @archita Banerjee for sharing the recipe

Ingredient

100 gms

Salt

Vegetable oil

ajinomoto

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the rice don’t over cook and strain aside

Beat the eggs and fry and keep aside

Mix salt and pepper and fry the prawns and keep aside

* Step 4

Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, soya sauce and after 15 minutes fry them and keep aside. Now in the same pan add 1 tsp more vegetable oil, fry onions, carrot and add the boiled rice. Add the fried eggs and prawns and shred the fried chicken and give it a nice stir. Add ajinomoto (optional) and finally chopped spring onions. Serve with chicken manchurian (recipe link given)
