Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Measure our how much milk you would like to drink in the glass you intend to drink from. Don't fill to the top to allow for all the other ingredients that will be increasing the end volume.
Pour into your blender (I am using a bullet blender here)
* Step 5
Add a dash of cinnamon to taste.
* Step 6
Blend all together and serve. Enjoy this fulling and delicious light breakfast
